To open a new account and place listings on LBIHomes.com, complete the form below. Your username and password will allow you to enter and update your real estate listings. Usernames will be converted to all lowercase letters. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Each listing costs $0.00 for 1 year. Compare that to the cost of advertising in newspapers! If you sell or rent a property, you can edit your listing to advertise another property.

You may pay for your listings with your Credit Card. Choosing this option will take you to a Secure Server Page where you may enter your credit card information.

If you choose to be invoiced for payment, you will have 30 days to submit payment for your listings.
